As a Certified Adult Chair® Coach specializing in emotional wellness, I’ve used the powerful simplicity of the Adult Chair® Model to break free from old, limiting beliefs and rewrite my life story based on truth and authenticity. This transformation has allowed me to live a more conscious, emotionally connected, and aligned life—one that honors my true self, enriches my family, and contributes meaningfully to my community.

I now guide women who feel overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected, or stuck to uncover the unconscious stories and emotional patterns holding them back.
